Last week, at our November School Board meeting, we had the honor of recognizing an amazing, local group - - 4 the Love Foundation! Tessa Effland and Katie McDonald took a break from a busy day full of deliveries to attend and receive a special commendation.
4 the Love Foundation is dedicated to providing families all around Thurston County with a complete Thanksgiving dinner. Their efforts are truly vast, resulting in thousands of deliveries across the county, including 41 families right here in our district, ensuring those students and their families had a memorable holiday meal.
On behalf of all of us here at Tenino School District, we extend our deepest gratitude to Tessa, Katie, and all the volunteers for their commitment to our community.
