Facility Use Requests

Tenino School District is now partnered with FMX to streamline the scheduling and management of TSD facility rentals. Community and district users alike can request the use of facilities via this tool. Once you have submitted a facilities use request, your request will be routed to the appropriate staff representative to confirm availability of the space you've requested. Please submit requests at least 10 days prior to your scheduled event to ensure availability. Requests are granted on a first come, first serve basis. Once the request is received, please allow 3 to 5 business days for a response. **Please note that requests are not considered approved until you have been contacted by a district/school employee to confirm and finalize your request.

Please ensure that you have read the Tenino School District Facility Use Policy/Agreement and all related documents prior to requesting use of TSD facilities.

Small Works Roster

Pursuant to RCW 39.04.155, Tenino School District No. 402 maintains a small works roster to award contracts for construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alternation, repair, and improvement of real property. Contractors may be selected from the list for all projects with an estimated cost of $200,000 or less.

All contractors requesting to be placed on the list shall be properly licensed or registered to perform work in Washington State.
